I was drawn to the above image (Raincoat) for obvious reasons, but I’m glad I delved further into her work. Amy Kaufman work illustrates a strong interest in bold pattern based abstraction. I love color blocking and art that forces the viewer to search for more than meets eye.

This Hat is featured in the latest issue of V Magazine. It was designed by Philip Treacy for Alexander McQueen and is seriously one strange and beautiful piece of art. WOW I could look at it for hours.
