Waitomo Glowworm Caves

I must keep this short and simple as I am literally about to pass out from this mornings adventure. Today I went to the Waitomo Glowworm Caves – which was both out of this world and unreal. It all started with us abseiling down a 35 meter drop which took us into the black abyss. It was extremely scary at first but once I got the hang of it I felt like Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible jumping off the side of the cave walls. The entire adventure lasted 6 hours and most of it was in freezing cold water, but very much worth it. Tomorrow will hopefully be just as adventurous as I will be jumping out of a plane for the first time. I hope I make it back alive so I can tell you all about it.
