i love it!!!!
so sick
Thanks guys!!
Nothing about this logo says music, happiness, fashion. love, art or photography. Overall, it doesn’t follow the current look of your existing brand. It’s flat, uninteresting and very forgettable. What was the point to this contest? I hope you don’t plan on re-branding your current identity with this.
And no, I am not a disgruntled participant who didn’t win. I’m just giving constructive criticism.

@ Jarvis – Thanks for the criticism. I did have versions that incorporated music, happiness, fashion, love, and photography, but they all felt forced. Sometimes less is more. I disagree that is doesn’t fit the current look. I see it more as an evolution. I took the best parts of the current logo and refined them into a more solid logo. Anything too radical would definitely be a departure from the current brand.
“I see it more as an evolution.”
Hahahahahahaha….. Ok fine.
Maybe my concern is for the Helloooooo guys, not you Ricky. So you are celebrating your one year anniversary and you are already changing your brand????? Wow.
I think having skulls, b/w strips, “talk bubbles” and now irrelevant colors will confuse your audience. Stick with your current look, reconsider changing it ONLY when it may be necessary. Ask Pepsi about their mistake.
yoyo jarvis — appreciate the time and comments. we are NOT changing the brand or the identity, rather we thought it would be fun for the one year anni to put out a little contest and have a reader come up with a different interpretation of the logo/brand that we could use on t-shirts, stickers, etc to enhance the message of helloooooo. the original logo IS helloooooo.com, plain and simple.
