Saturday, fellow Helloooooo-er Dustin Hollywood and I had the opportunity to interview Norway based DATAROCK front man Fredrik Saroea. Conversing casually over a couple cigarettes and the evening sun was very enjoyable with Frederik who turned out to be an extremely warm, amiable and charming individual. He spoke with us about the technicalities associated with the business behind being an artist, always being on the road, and the close bond he shares with everyone involved in DATAROCK. (interview coming soon). As for the show at the Granada, I desperately wanted to join the group on stage in my own red Datarock jumpsuit. They had great energy and a fun stage presence. They even kindly payed a tribute to Patrick Swayze ending the night with the Dirty Dancing theme song. And I’veee had…..the time of my liiiifeee….and I owe it all to YOUUUUUUUUUUU.
