With all due respect asking me again to wait a couple more business days for an answer doesn’t seem to be resolving anything. This is not good customer service. Your company should take a more proactive approach and actually A.) try to figure out where the package may be (hmm…call DHL!??!) or B.) resubmit my order and have it sent out immediately. I did not order these business cards from Western Nigeria; we are in 2009 and with all the technology available I hardly think it takes 2 months to ship a little box of business cards from Britain to the US. Please speak to a supervisor and handle the situation accordingly.
